Hotel Studio - Veliko Tarnovo

Amazing place with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a tv. The staff helped me find local delivery options during my first stay, which I appreciated. I highly recommend trying the rooftop terrace views. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The location is great as well as the interior design of the hotel. The staff is nice and friendly as well.

The breakfast could be better as well as the service in the restaurant. There is wireless internet in the rooms, but it was so slow that it was impossible to do anything with it.

It would've been nice to have an upgrade or a complimentary snack for all my troubles, but instead I got treated like a everyday visitor. I just couldn't with this place.

The hotel is modern and tastefully decorated; it's very well situated, near the castle and a few minutes walk from the old city center streets. The restaurant is also nice and the food is great.

Positive, We loved the spacious Triple Room with a modern bathroom. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the service was great. The receptionist even helped us with a flat tire, super nice. Great view of the fortress and a lovely atmosphere overall 😊

The airconditioning is centrally regulated and so the room got a bit warm

Excellent value for money! Very nice small and modern hotel. Big room and a very nice bathroom, good breakfast and great views over the fortress.

Smoking is allowed in the rooms, as well as elsewhere in the hotel.

Amazing Tsarevets views

Extremely comfy and top-class place to stay while in Veliko Tarnovo. Sumptuous breakfast, air conditioned guest room. Modern design of it. Perfect and best possible location for Veliko Tarnovo, near the other ruins as well as the Tsarevets.

the staff was very helpful, the room was large and the terrace restaurant , was lovely, internet worked great

this was a very difficult hotel for people with limited mobility - way too many stairs, no elevator, even to go to breakfast required walking down a flight of steep stairs - no tissues in the room - while room service was free - it did not start until after a late breakfast that began at 8 - views are promised but limited -we felt that asking the staff of carry our luggage up 4 flights of stairs was inconvenient to them but necessary to us - they did accommodate us as best possible

Staff really friendly and helpful, room very nice with lovely view of the castle and the light show at night.

Airconditioning in the room was set too hot for our comfort, and seems to be on a central control for the hotel, so couldnt cool it down as much as we would have liked. However this would not put us off returning to the hotel, as it was overall very good, and we would recommend to others.

- Great location: few minutes away from Tsarevets fortress - very friendly and helpful stuff - the upper terrace is wonderful

- Our room (12+1) smelled very bad and the room looked pretty dusty - we found 5 spiders in our room when we arrived - no elevator - you'll have to carry your luggage on the stairs - the hotel is not easy to find
